Ignite Hell

PhotoFunia-85f895Love has been vanquished
Conquered by time
Robbed of emotions
Detestable crime
Carved deep within
A gaping hole
Ignite hell
Ignite hell in my soul

Wonderment grows
Why does love fade?
No reason to maintain
This foolish charade
Here we part ways
Fates intertwined
Ignite hell
Ignite hell in my mind

Conflagration enkindled
Deep in my core
At a breaking point
Can endure no more
We were doomed
From the very start
Ignite hell
Ignite hell in my heart

Fully consumed
By the flames within
Body to ashes
Burned by our sin
Move along now
There’s nothing to see
Just ignite hell
Ignite hell in all of me

  2. I liked the poem. I hope…I don’t know…that it’s *just* a poem.

  16. Neat poem. I don’t normally enjoy poetry but as I started to read this I had to continue – not sure why.

  19. I’ve written about the destruction of mind heart and soul…understood.

The arsonist observes masterpiece. Inferno consumes mind heart and soul.

The smallest voice preserves inner peace. The spirit resumes makes each part whole.

    Goodnight.
